Feeding the 5000 Friends

Why is it so important for us to gather together?

Hebrews 10:24-25

“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”

One of the pivotal moments of my life as a new believer in college was going to what was called, 20/30 bible study, on Thursday nights. To be honest, I only went to the bible study for the food (like any hungry college student would). As I continued going, however, I began to see Christ through His church!

Gathering together was a stepping stone in my spiritual journey, transitioning from a spectator to becoming actively involved in ministry! Sisterhood is about encouraging one another through a community and sharing life's ups and downs, as mentioned in Colossians 3:16 and Matthew 18:20. Potlucks are a great way to do exactly that! Deciding on what to bring may seem daunting for some, so I’m here to help with 4 quick and easy meals to prepare that are absolutely delish!
